North Tipperary VEC is meeting the challenge of modernisation and organisational change through our Partnership Process which is supported by the VEC National Partnership Forum. The expertise of both management and staff is drawn together to implement change and improve services to all our service users.

The aims of partnership are:

  • to ensure that the voice of everyone in the organisation is heard
  • to deliver excellence within the organisation for the benefit of our learners and other service users
  • create a sense of ownership and pride within the organisation
  • inform and consult our staff on matters of importance to them
  • promote partnership through our local working group which is made up of an equal number of management and staff representatives.

The core values underpinning Partnership are:

  • Co-Operation
  • Leadership
  • Teamwork
  • Participation
  • Customer Centred
  • Communications.

North Tipperary VEC applies these values by carrying out ongoing surveys and consultaions with all relevant partners and publishes the findings in our Annual Report. We actively encourages all staff to make their contribution to the provision of a continuously improving service provision.
